Chris Quirk and Michala Black Secure Defense Verdict after 5-day Medical Malpractice Trial

Chris Quirk and Michala Black obtained a defense verdict last week in Portsmouth Circuit Court. Plaintiff sued an emergency medicine physician and her practice group, alleging that negligent performance of a shoulder reduction on an 80-year-old patient resulted in a revision surgery and radial palsy. The jury found in favor of the Defendants after a 5-day trial and approximately 30 minutes of deliberations. Congratulations to Chris, Michala, and paralegal Abby Wills for their hard work paying off!
