On October 1, 2026, Robin Frost joined Byrne Canaan Law's team of experienced health law attorneys. She founded Red Quill Law in 2019 after serving as in-house counsel to a medical software company. She advises health care professionals, behavioral health and group practices, and health technology companies on business structure, regulatory compliance, risk, and day-to-day operations. She helps clients develop licensure-appropriate ownership structures; negotiate employment, contractor, vendor, payer, and technology agreements; and build practical compliance systems, including HIPAA and privacy policies, Good Faith Estimates, informed-consent documents, telehealth disclosures, and other client-facing materials. She also serves as outside general counsel through periods of growth, transition, and succession planning and events
