Byrne Canaan Law Welcomes Michael D. Alley

Byrne Canaan Law is pleased to welcome Michael Alley as an Associate Attorney. Michael focuses his practice on defending healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation, as well as regulatory and administrative matters. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard S. Wallerstein, Jr. and the Honorable Randall G. Johnson, Jr. in the Circuit Court of Henrico County, where he worked closely with the Judges on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice cases at both the pleading stage and at trial.
