Ren W. Klinovskiy is a litigator and regulatory attorney who represents health care practitioners across diverse specialties in medical malpractice actions, professional licensing investigations, and institutional liability disputes.

As the daughter of a nurse at a critical access hospital, Ren grew up witnessing the sacrifices that define patient care. That early window into the realities of frontline healthcare instilled a deep respect for the people who do this work. Ren’s upbringing continues to guide her practice every day, shaping how she advocates for clients, listens to their challenges, and fights to protect their personal and professional lives.

Ren represents healthcare professionals, private practices, long-term care facilities, and hospital systems in medical malpractice and civil rights litigation in state and federal court. Her regulatory experience has involved investigations and hearings before licensing boards. In addition to her work with healthcare practitioners, Ren has assisted clients in matters involving the Judicial Inquiry Review Commission, Virginia Occupational Safety & Health, and other state entities conducting grievance hearings.

Ren is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys and the Richmond Bar Association. Outside her practice, Ren takes great pride in supporting local arts through her activity on the Board of Directors for Cadence Theatre Company. She earned her B.A. in Linguistics and English from the University of Georgia and her J.D. from the University of Richmond.
