Paralegal
Susan C. Sweet supports Byrne Canaan Law as a litigation paralegal. A native of New York, she spent her childhood in Southern Portugal, and upon return to the U.S. attended Old Dominion University and the University of Richmond. She began her career as a paralegal focusing on insurance defense law before transitioning to health law and brings over 13 years of experience to the firm.
Susan enjoys traveling with her family and her beloved dog Sadie, attending her children’s sporting events, volunteering at the local high school and for various non-profit organizations in the Richmond area, as well as spending time at the beach.
