Attorney
Ren Warden Klinovskiy is a litigator and regulatory attorney focused on defending healthcare providers from diverse medical and dental specialties. Ren represents healthcare professionals, private practices, long-term care facilities, and hospital systems in medical malpractice and civil rights cases in state and federal court. Her regulatory experience has involved dozens of investigations by Virginia licensing boards, including the Board of Medicine, Board of Nursing, Board of Dentistry, Board of Counseling, and Board of Long-Term Care Administrators. In addition to her work with healthcare providers, Ren has assisted clients in matters involving the Judicial Inquiry Review Commission, Virginia Occupational Safety & Health, and state entities conducting grievance hearings.
Ren prides herself on taking a holistic, person-centered approach to her practice. She centers empathy, dignity, and collaboration as guiding principles in supporting health care providers through some of the most harrowing experiences of their professional and personal lives. Aside from health law, Ren’s background includes crisis training, trauma-informed lawyering, family law, insurance defense, and Social Security disability law. She earned her B.A. in Linguistics and English from the University of Georgia and her J.D. from the University of Richmond.
